Vendor Information
The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. Any vendor found to be selling alcoholic beverages will be immediately removed from showgrounds, forfeit all fees and will be banned from participating as a vendor at any FPFHA future events.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, chairs, lights, extension cords, cables, etc.
The vendor fee is only for the rental of the vendor space for the duration of our event.
All vendor fees must be fully paid prior to event start date.
